We’re Hiring – Communications Officer

Women LEAD Nepal is looking for a creative, organized, and detailed-oriented individual who has a strong interest in women’s rights to work as their Communications Officer. The Officer will work with the Communications Team with the development and creation of creative content for Women LEAD’s digital communication efforts, including graphics, videos, photos, stories, case-studies, newsbytes, and other multimedia projects. The Communication Team is dedicated to communicating the impact of Women LEAD’s programs. As a small, dynamic group of storytellers, we use different platforms—such as writing, photography, video, and design—to amplify the voices of our program participants and explain the importance of our work. The Communications Officer will join the team at a critical time of program expansion where they will be tasked with the strategic planning of organizational communications. The position will require management, strategic and implementation skills around digital storytelling and dissemination.
