We’re Hiring – Communications Coordinator

Women LEAD Nepal is looking for a creative, organized, and detailed-oriented individual who has a strong interest in women’s rights to lead the Communications Team as their Communications Coordinator. S/he will assist the Communications Team with the development and creation of creative content for Women LEAD’s digital communication efforts, including graphics, videos, photos, stories, case-studies, newsbytes and other multimedia projects. The Communication Team is dedicated to communicating the impact of Women LEAD’s programs. As a small, dynamic group of storytellers, we use different platforms such as writing, photography, video, and design to amplify the voices of our program participants and explain the importance of our work. The Communications Coordinator will join the team at a critical time of program expansion where they will be tasked with the strategic planning of organizational communications. The position will require management, strategic and implementation skills around digital storytelling and dissemination. Women LEAD Nepal is one the first development organizations for young women in Nepal. Since 2011, we have empowered more than 7600 young women with the skills, support and opportunities needed to become leaders in their schools, communities, and nation.
