From May 7 to May 11, in 2023, Women LEAD Nepal conducted the Youth for Youth Leadership to build a basic understanding of leadership among 130 students of Hoste-Hainse Dhangadha and Hoste-Hainse Sahodawa School, Sarlahi. The team led sessions on topics not limited to time management, women and youth-led leadership, public speaking, child rights, child marriage, and gender-based violence.
Then again, from January 9th to January 12th, 2024, the Young Women’s Leadership Program (YWLP) was conducted at Hoste Hainse Dhanagada School in Basbariya Rural Municipality, Sarlahi, Madhesh Pradesh. The program catered to 30 participants aged between 15 and 23. The sessions covered various topics such as leadership, teamwork, communication skills, gender equality, public speaking, and career development.
