Donate to Women LEAD's annual Year-End Campaign - I LEAD; I OWN IT and help us raise $6,500 for our OWN IT Nepal. Our flagship, OWN IT Nepal, is a leadership summit that aims to bridge the gap between women leaders of the 21st century and the young women who admire them by producing accessible events for young women of all demographics. In the 5 years that Women LEAD has run OWN IT Nepal, it has seen 800+ young women and men, aged 18-26, participate in them. This year, we’re planning on making 2023 OWN IT even more impactful and bigger than ever by hosting it outside of Kathmandu, to fulfill our mission of being inclusive and bringing our programs to all women.

How you can transform lives

$30: Training materials for 2 participants throughout a two-day-long leadership summit, OWN IT Nepal 2023.

$50: Sponsor a mentor-mentee pair to take part in the speed mentoring session during OWN IT Nepal 2023

$120: Sponsor 4 young women from diverse backgrounds to participate in all modules of the leadership summit, OWN IT 2023.

$250: Support the costs of hosting a panel discussion on women in leadership that will bring 100 aspiring leaders (participants) together with accomplished women as panelists.

$500: Support the costs of 10 mentor-mentee pairs to take part in the speed mentoring session during OWN IT Nepal 2023.
