At Women LEAD Nepal, our mission is to empower individuals through our three flagship programs- LEAD Course, Young Women’s Political Leadership Course and OWN IT Nepal- all of which brings transformational changes in young women through programs, training, mentorship, and community engagement at various levels so that young women in Nepal have the skills, support and opportunities to become leaders and change-makers in their schools, communities, nation, and world.
