What is Rise to Lead?

Rise to Lead is a transformative 6-day program in Kathmandu Valley that offers a dynamic, immersive learning experience tailored to young women currently waiting for their SEE results. This intensive course is designed to ignite young women's leadership potential and empower them to become effective change-makers.

'Rise to Lead' के हो? 'Rise to Lead' काठमाडौँ उपत्यकामा सञ्चालन हुने छ दिने एउटा परिवर्तनकारी कार्यक्रम हो, जसले हाल SEE को नतिजा पर्खिरहेका किशोरीहरूका लागि विशेष रूपमा तयार गरिएको गतिशील र प्रयोगात्मक सिकाइको अनुभव प्रदान गर्दछ। यो सघन कोर्स किशोरीहरूमा नेतृत्व क्षमता प्रस्फुटन गराउन र उनीहरूलाई प्रभावकारी परिवर्तनकर्ता बन्न सशक्त बनाउने उद्देश्यले तयार गरिएको हो।

The fee for this 6-day program is Rs. 1000/- payable in lump sum only after being selected for the course. This fee will cover meals, program materials, and any planned activities or sessions during the program. DO NOT let financial concerns stop you from applying—there are limited partial and full scholarships available for those who need financial assistance. We are committed to accepting the best applicants, regardless of their financial situation.

यस 6 दिने कार्यक्रमको शुल्क रु. १०००/- (अक्षरेपी एक हजार मात्र) हो, जुन कार्यक्रमका लागि छनोट भएपछि एकमुष्ठ रूपमा बुझाउनुपर्नेछ। यस शुल्कले कार्यक्रम अवधिभरको खाना, सामग्रीहरू र तय गरिएका गतिविधि वा सत्रहरूलाई समेट्नेछ। आर्थिक अभावका कारण आवेदन दिन नहिचकिचाउनुहोस्—आर्थिक सहायता आवश्यक हुनेहरूका लागि सीमित मात्रामा आंशिक र पूर्ण छात्रवृत्तिहरू उपलब्ध छन्। हामी आर्थिक अवस्थालाई भन्दा पनि उत्कृष्ट आवेदकहरूलाई छनोट गर्न प्रतिबद्ध छौँ।

Who Should Apply?

This is an equal opportunity program—young women from all castes, ethnicities, backgrounds, religions, abilities, and sexual orientations are encouraged to apply. The essential eligibility criteria are as follows:

1. This program is ONLY for young women currently waiting for their SEE results.

2. Able to attend the course in person from 12 PM to 5 PM from 2-7 May 2026.

3. Commit to participate in all aspects of the course fully.

Note: 12-1 PM (Lunch), 1-5 PM (Session)

कसले आवेदन दिने? यो सबैका लागि समान अवसर प्रदान गर्ने कार्यक्रम हो—सबै जातजाति, पृष्ठभूमि, धर्म, क्षमता र यौनिक अभिमुखीकरणका किशोरीहरूलाई आवेदन दिन प्रोत्साहित गरिन्छ। आवश्यक योग्यताका मापदण्डहरू यस प्रकार छन्: १. यो कार्यक्रम हाल SEE को नतिजा पर्खिरहेका किशोरीहरूका लागि मात्र हो। २. २–६ मे २०२६ सम्म दिउँसो १२ बजेदेखि ५ बजेसम्म व्यक्तिगत रूपमा उपस्थित भई कोर्समा सहभागी हुन सक्ने। ३. कोर्सका सबै पक्षहरूमा पूर्ण रूपमा सहभागी हुने प्रतिबद्धता। द्रष्टव्य: दिउँसो १२–१ बजे (लन्च/खाजा), १–५ बजे (सत्र/सेसन)

'Women LEAD' नेपालको बारेमा 'Women LEAD' नेपाल काठमाडौँ उपत्यकामा रहेका किशोरी र युवा महिलाहरूका लागि नेतृत्व र व्यावसायिक विकासमा काम गर्ने संस्था हो। सन् २०११ देखि 'Women LEAD' नेपालले किशोरीहरूलाई सशक्त बनाउँदै आएको छ। हाम्रो विश्वास छ कि जब महिला र बालिकाहरूले पुरुष र बालकहरूसँगै नेतृत्व तहमा स्थान पाउँछन्, तब मात्र भविष्य अझ राम्रो हुन सक्छ। महिला नेतृत्वकर्ताहरूले मिलेर भविष्य निर्माण गर्ने एउटा सुन्दर संसारको हाम्रो परिकल्पना हो। हामी जोसिला र महत्त्वाकांक्षी किशोरीहरूलाई उनीहरूको आफ्नै जीवन र सोभन्दा बाहिर नेतृत्व गर्न आवश्यक सीप, ज्ञान, सहयोगी समुदाय र अवसरहरू प्रदान गर्दछौँ।
