In 2021, 2023, and 2024 the Young Women’s Leadership Program was conducted in Waling, Syangja District, from May. The program’s objective is to impart young women aged 18-22 personality development soft skills such as leadership, public speaking, teamwork, active listening, and time management. The design is to make participants more aware of gender stereotypes, privileges, biases, gender-based violence, consent, and other issues that impact them daily.
