As part of Women LEAD Nepal’s push for expansion outside of the valley, we, along with our alumni, went to Syangja on 6th December to 10th December, 2021 as part of the first leg of this expansion initiative. In partnership with Waling Multiple Campus, we trained 34 young women on essential leadership skills such as gender stereotypes, teamwork, networking, privilege and bias, and cyber safety.
